Description:
As a Help Desk Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance. You will provide support for various IT-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent customer service. Your role will involve troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems related to Office 365, Microsoft products, Active Directory, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and other Microsoft products.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory accounts and permissions.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and other IT equipment.
  • Handle service desk tickets using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
  • Support and maintain Exchange Server environments.
  • Provide technical support for network connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document and track all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with the deployment and management of software updates and patches.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange Server.
  • Experience with Windows 10 and other Microsoft operating systems.
  • Familiarity with help desk and service desk operations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical support experience in a corporate environment is a plus.
