The bonuses will be combined and this is the amount based off relocating and experience If they live within 100 miles: Less than 1 year- $7500 (1 year commitment) 1-4 years- $10,000 (1 year commitment) 5+ Years- $15,000 (2 year commitment) 5+ years in OR/CVOR RN- $20,000 (3 year commitment)If they live in NM but are relocation from outside of 100 miles: Less than 1 year- $11,000 (2 year commitment) 1-4 years- $13,500 (2 year commitment) 5+ Years- $18,500 (2 year commitment) 5+ years in OR/CVOR RN- $23,500 (3 year commitment)From out of state: Less than 1 year- $13,500 (2 year commitment) 1-4 years- $16,000 (2 year commitment) 5+ Years- $21,000 (3 year commitment) 5+ years in OR/CVOR RN- $26,000 (3 year commitment)If they do not complete the commitment, they will have to pay a prorated amount back based off of the hours not completed.
