The Washington, DC office of The firm is seeking an associate to join the 2 nd through 7 th year associate class for our International Trade practice.
Candidates should have experience in export controls and economic sanctions (ITAR, Export Administration Regulations and OFAC), with experience in CFIUS matters a plus. Attorneys with experience in only export controls or economic sanctions but a desire to learn the other area are encouraged to apply. A strong academic record, interest in direct contact with clients, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment are required.
The ideal candidate should be flexible to occasional domestic and overseas travel.

The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $225,000 to a maximum of $355,000 per year.
The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate's overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.
