The Role:

As part of their continued expansion, our client is seeking a skilled Project Estimator to join the commercial division at their West Palm Beach office. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates at various design stages, overseeing the estimating team, and analyzing project drawings and specifications to determine accurate costs. Your primary responsibilities will include creating bid packages, managing subcontractor relationships, ensuring timely bid submissions, and collaborating closely with clients, architects, and operations teams. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, with a strong command of industry-standard software and tools.
