  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to join a remote team in a rapidly growing organization. You’ll work closely with teams like Product Management, Operations, and Customer Support to build and enhance the systems that support the business.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Design, develop, and improve features for the platform in a secure and scalable manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Ops and CS, to maintain high product quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solve moderately complex technical issues, while crafting high-quality code that aligns with internal standards for style, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Identify inefficiencies or technical debt and propose effective solutions.
  • implement small features independently, while collaborating with the team on larger, complex projects.
  • Enhance and maintain a homegrown warehouse execution system that processes tens of thousands of orders daily.
  • Support improvements to the CRM system used by our Customer Support team.

Required Technical Skill:

  • 7+ years of professional experience with Java or another relevant programming language.
  • Hands-on experience with GraphQL and SpringBoot.
  • 2+ years of experience with PostgreSQL, Angular, and Single Page Applications (SPA).
  • 2+ years of experience with Electron.
  • Experience with cloud providers like Amazon AWS or similar platforms.
  • Experience in diagnosing and solving performance and optimization issues, including JVM and database profiling.
  • CI/CD experience.

  • Proficient in English for effective remote communication.
  • Strong ability to explain complex technical issues clearly.
  • Proven experience leading projects from concept to completion.
  • Self-motivated with excellent task management and organizational skills.
