Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Events Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about event planning and eager to contribute to the success of our events. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and transportation
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth event operations
- Help manage event budgets and track expenses
- Support the creation of event materials such as schedules, programs, and signage
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Conduct post-event evaluations to improve future events
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
