This position will be responsible for supervising, training, and coaching the neighborhood door-knocking teams, which will go door to door offering homeowners FREE NO OBLIGATION lawn care quotes and distributing flyers. The main objective is to introduce our company to potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm. A supervisor must be able to successfully manage and supervise up to 12 employees. This is a critical role in the success of the business year after year.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Represent Weed Man with honesty and integrity in all activities
  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Must have a valid driver's license and with clean driving record

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet daily leads targets.
  • Manage and lead a team of lead generators, providing coaching and mentoring to improve pitch & performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve success.
  • Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and track the success of initiatives
  • Utilize and learn software applications to track performance
  • Assist in recruiting door knockers to fill team
  • Work on scheduling team members to ensure we are fully staffed each night
