The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified IT professionals. Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and engage top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Job Postings: Write and post clear and compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit with the company.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific staffing needs and timelines.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Offer Negotiation: Handle the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract terms.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the hiring process.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with local, state, and federal employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical staffing.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Tools: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and strategically to address recruitment challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification in HR or recruitment.
