Job Summary:

Abatement Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Suwanee, Georgia. This individual will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by contacting potential customers, managing accounts, and nurturing relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to identify and qualify leads
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing business
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
  • Research and stay current on industry and market trends to identify new sales opportunities
  • Participate in trade shows and virtual events to promote company products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely manner


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and events
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
