Job Title: Recruiter - Tech/Pro (14422716)

Special Highlight Oxford is planning to double its operations and will need to hire at least 100 hourly employees within Q1 2024. Candidate must be able to handle high volume of requisitions with employee experience in mind from application to hire. Dedicated solely to recruitment for hourly roles in Oxford.

As a HR Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting hourly alent to Schneider Electric Oxford working collaboratively with our team. You will be based in Oxford, OH with a hybrid working model.

Your roles and responsibilities include:

  1. Recruitment Excellence: Manage and coordinate recruitment projects, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from start to finish. Own the pipeline of both active and passive candidates, utilizing your expertise in candidate sourcing.
  2. Employer Branding Extraordinaire: Drive employer branding initiatives and establish strong relationships with selected universities. You'll be the driving force behind our efforts to attract and retain the best talent.
  3. Innovation Advocate: Embrace transformation and be at the forefront of change. Recommend continuous improvements to practices, processes, and policies to advance the Talent Acquisition function.
  4. Partnership and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our business leaders, managers, and HR team. Your ability to influence and convince others will be essential in building strong relationships and driving successful recruitments

To succeed in this role, we're seeking someone who embodies the following:

  1. Recruitment Savvy: You bring 3-5 years of experience in diverse recruitments and candidate sourcing, ideally within hourly or entry-level manufacturing and supply chain roles. Your passion for finding the right talent is unmatched.
  2. Employer Branding Enthusiast: You possess a strong understanding of social media platforms and their impact on employer branding.
  3. Influential Communicator: Your advanced communication and negotiation skills enable you to grasp complex business concepts, ask thought-provoking questions, and make compelling propositions.Your concise and effective communication style is accompanied by excellent presentation skills.
  4. Organizational Dynamo: With excellent time management skills, you thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing demands. Proven planning and organizational skills allow you to prioritize effectively.
  5. Tech-Savvy Professional: Proficiency in MS Office, ATS (iCIMS is a plus), LinkedIn, and Indeed is a must. Your digital prowess enables you to navigate technology platforms with ease.
