The Role:

As the VP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our overall sales strategy. You will lead a high-performing sales team, build key relationships with enterprise clients, and ensure the achievement of our ambitious revenue goals. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction, coaching, and leadership to the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on expansion in existing markets and penetration into new segments.

Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and scale a top-tier sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and growth.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities and drive strategies for increasing sales in emerging verticals.

Forecasting & Reporting: Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and reporting; ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across the organization.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of sales experience in the technology sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in high-growth environments.

• Expertise in selling enterprise technology solutions (SaaS, cloud computing, AI, tech consulting or cybersecurity experience preferred).

• Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team building, coaching, and mentorship.

• Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to drive strategy and improve performance.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Austin based or within a commutable distance
