We are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Strength and Conditioning to lead our strength and conditioning initiatives.

Position Overview: The Director of Strength and Conditioning will oversee the development, implementation, and management of strength and conditioning programs tailored to enhance athletic performance and overall fitness. This role involves collaborating with athletes, coaches, and fitness professionals to design and deliver cutting-edge training programs that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for athletes at various levels.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate athletes' physical capabilities and design personalized training regimens.
  • Collaborate with coaches, trainers, and other fitness professionals to integrate strength and conditioning into overall training plans.
  • Monitor and track athletes' progress, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continued improvement and injury prevention.
  • Stay updated with the latest research, trends, and best practices in strength and conditioning.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of strength and conditioning coaches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Certification from a recognized strength and conditioning organization (e.g., NSCA-CSCS).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing strength and conditioning programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret performance data to make informed decisions.
  • Passion for fitness and commitment to helping athletes achieve their goals.
