Analytical and critical thinking skills, experience in data collection, management, and analysis using web tools, relational databases, statistical software, and spreadsheets are necessary. Attention to detail, project management, and organizational skills are crucial. The candidate must maintain confidentiality and have experience writing NIH grants and working on industry-sponsored studies. Experience with NIH grants or similar is beneficial, and recent PhD graduates with relevant writing samples are encouraged to apply. This role involves collaboration with finance personnel on budgeting. The Research Center focuses on pharmaceutical clinical trials and PI initiated studies, particularly on biomarkers for NAFLD, NASH, advanced liver fibrosis, and HCC.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in San Diego, California and some days remote.
