  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance, reimbursement models, and enforcement issues.
  • Assist in navigating complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and other healthcare deals.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in negotiations or litigation when necessary.
  • Support clients in understanding emerging healthcare trends such as telehealth, data security, and shifts in reimbursement models.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
  • Experience in healthcare law, with a focus on healthcare transactions, regulatory issues, or private equity.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other federal and state healthcare laws.
