Responsibilities

• Support online client web portal including new user onboarding, ongoing user maintenance, T24 core system input/approval, service now case management

• Operations lead for web platform conversion project to provide analysis, procedures, testing, training of new products including call center implementation

• Provide customer service to front office and clients for web portal

• Prepare analytical and statistical reports and update policy manuals

• Client Documentation Reviews where applicable

• Provide assistance in covering positions during employee absences including credit card processing, bill payment, check services & hold mail

• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by managers according to Department needs

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Operations department experience
  • 2 years minimum Knowledge of digital banking platforms, FedLine and Swift processing
  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience
