Main Responsibilities:

•Identify, manage, and coordinate all tasks that are required and delegate to appropriate team members

•Create project timelines and work cross-functionally across the team to ensure deadlines are met and projects remain on track

•Track milestones and progress in order to provide leadership and external stakeholders with updates as projects progress

•Manage a master calendar to ensure all deliverables are completed in a timely manner

•Implement project management best practices to ensure the team runs efficiently

•Cascade status updates on timely delivery, delays, or roadblocks across projects

•Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the SVP to facilitate efficient decision making

•Schedule all meetings, including prioritizing meeting and communicating all relevant details to participants

•Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions and distributing/filing them as needed

•Attending meeting; taking meeting notes and action items

•Work with a variety of stakeholders and staff

•Demonstrate a broad understanding of the business to effectively interpret and anticipate needs

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

•5+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives

•2+ years of experience in a project management

•Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines

•Excellent verbal and communication skills

•Experience with project management tools like Asana, Jira, etc.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

•Location - South Florida - hybrid remote
