We are hiring a Software Test Lead to oversee a new implementation! This person will oversee and manage software testing activities, manage releases, and ensure qualify standards are met.
Responsibilities
* Develops test plans and strategies.
* Leads, mentors, and collaborates with the testing team as they identify defects.
* Partner with the project Business Analyst(s) to ensure requirements traceability processes and standards
* Ensure defects are cataloged and tracked appropriately including but limited to; severity, prioritization and state (not started, open, closed, etc.).
* Facilitate status meetings, working sessions, and/or triage meetings with internal stakeholders and vendor(s) on testing efforts.
* Collaborates with stakeholders.
* Provides quality assurance reporting.
Skills
* Strong technical knowledge.
* Leadership and communication skills.
* Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Experience with testing methodologies and tools including for mobile applications
* Experience working with project management and software defect tracking tools such as ; Jira, Wrike, etc.
* Experience working with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) in software development and implementation projects
