Description:
Standing up a new team in Salesforce as the discover different use cases. Just purchased data platform - went through a pilot for 22 weeks with CDP use case. Spinning up a team to be dedicated to Marketing Cloud (they are adding marketing cloud in addition to the marketing strategies they have). IT and Business used to partner but now they transitioned IT out and business runs it now. It side they help with integration, looking to grow the expertise in IT and own more of the marketing cloud. Moving 3 developers into the new team - 2 were part of the pilot and a contractor who does MC - adding a new Dev role but will likely fill internally - BA in that has marketing cloud experience would be nice - there would need to be some configuration that needs to be done on CDP but Salesforce Professional Services will still be in environment for some time to help with training on this tool. BA is involved in the QA process
