Scope of Project:

The Compensation Consultant will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and implementing comprehensive compensation programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. This role also involves conducting research on compensation trends, analyzing pay structures, and advising management on compensation policies that align with the organization's strategic goals.

Project Work

  • Design and develop Incentive Plans encompassing Corporate, Sales Plans, Engagement Center Non-Exempt plans.
  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the 2024 Incentive Plans.
  • Develop a robust implementation strategy with a clear communication plan.
  • Develop an Equity Plan that offers a comprehensive framework and actionable guidance in equity recommendations for senior leaders and critical roles.
  • Conduct a comprehensive FLSA and pay equity audit.
  • Identify gaps and provide recommendations.
  • Create a clear action clear action plan to implement required changes.
  • Review and assess prior analysis that has been completed on job benchmarks and grading structure.
  • Create a total rewards tool for employees that encompasses compensation, benefits, and employee perks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Bonus Plans: Develop, review, and refine performance-based bonus plans that motivate employees and align with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate Existing Programs: Analyze the effectiveness of current bonus and incentive programs by reviewing performance data, industry benchmarks, and employee feedback.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to ensure bonus plans are competitive within the industry and reflect best practices.
  • Data Analysis: Use quantitative methods to assess the impact of bonus plans on employee performance, retention, and overall organizational success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and executive teams to ensure bonus programs are financially sustainable and meet business objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure all bonus and equity programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including wage and hour laws.
  • Communication: Clearly articulate the design, goals, and benefits of bonus plans to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring understanding and buy-in.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed documentation of bonus plan structures, eligibility criteria, and performance metrics. Provide regular reports on plan effectiveness and adjustments needed.
