  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate job estimates by interpreting drawings and bid documents.
  • Utilize advanced software and traditional methods to determine quantities for labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Source and assess quotations from subcontractors and vendors.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers.
  • Support Project Management and Engineering departments, resolving inquiries.
  • Complete other relevant duties as needed.

Background Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the heavy construction industry.
  • Expertise in handling takeoffs, especially in heavy construction and highways..
  • Ability to foster and maintain professional relationships.
  • Experience with HCSS-Heavy Bid is a plus, but not required.
