  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience and assist with subscription documents, ensuring clients feel valued and supported.
  • Fund Management: Oversee the closing processes for both close-end and open-end funds, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Marketing Excellence: Develop and enhance presentations, reports, and marketing materials that captivate and inform our clients.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Investor Relations to incorporate strategic updates and insights into client communications.
  • Data Management: Maintain and organize investor information using CRM (Salesforce) and manage document workflows to streamline operations.
  • Marketing Tools: Utilize Seismic software to manage and optimize marketing materials.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential; experience with Salesforce and Seismic is a plus.
  • Communication & Organization: Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in RFPs, presentations, or marketing, with a strong background in client onboarding and investor relations being advantageous.
