Our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor Billing to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting the meter exchange efforts for the client's project, ensuring timely and accurate billing. The successful candidate will utilize key technologies such as Oracle C2M, Excel, and Outlook, and collaborate closely with team members to solve complex billing issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

This role is a hybrid model in Tualatin, Oregon

Customer Service Advisor Billing Responsibilities

  • Analyzes, investigates, and negotiates billing issues to respond to inquiries; obtains approval to process adjustments, exceptions, and corrections; reviews and analyzes data reports.
  • Responds to customers’ billing-related questions via various channels; informs customers about company policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Manages workload using spreadsheets to identify and track progress on assigned tasks; fixes issues in the billing system; creates, maintains, or removes persons and accounts in the automated billing system; logs customer interactions; processes billing adjustments and documents accounts.
  • Utilizes templates to send emails, letters, bills, and other communications to customers within established time frames.
  • Participates in team discussions, supporting both full-time employees and contingent workers in resolving account issues; responds to outage calls and inquiries from other departments as needed.

Customer Service Advisor Billing Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years in customer service, billing, or a related field.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail and basic math skills.
