As a Finishing Operator at PFL, you will produce outstanding printed materials that exceed our customers' expectations. This position works with state-of-the-art machinery in our climate-controlled manufacturing facility. You can expect hands-on work in a team environment with a variety of responsibilities.

- Physical Demands: Efficiency and meeting deadlines are essential, as well as standing for the 10-hour shift and continuously lifting 20 to 40lbs, occasionally up to 60lbs.

- Position is 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week. We are currently seeking candidates for the night shift, which typically runs from 2:00 p.m. to midnight and includes a $2.00 shift differential.
- Starting wage of $20.00 per hour. (+$2.00/hr shift differential)
