We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master with extensive healthcare industry knowledge, particularly in healthcare insurance and payment systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading Agile teams in complex healthcare IT environments. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders in the healthcare insurance and payments domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role.
  • At least 5 years of experience specifically in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of healthcare IT systems, processes, and regulations.
  • Highly preferred: Significant experience with healthcare insurance systems and healthcare payment processes.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
