Our client is hiring anOffice Coordinator!

Location:Centennial, CO (Hybrid Remote)

Salary:$40,000-$50,000

Onsite: 8:30am-4:30pm daily

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Office Coordination:

  • Oversee daily office operations and coordinate office activities and events.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and conferences.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Work with managers to organize global calendars.

Customer Service:

  • Address and resolve inquiries and issues from clients and employees promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update contact lists and directories.

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of workstations and documentation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as required.
  • Help create new users in office software
