    Job Summary

    In this position you will conduct process, manufacturing, equipment, and testing related non-conformance investigations. Manage non-conformance activities and/or laboratory experiments utilizing established and published procedures and technical and theoretical understanding while managing schedules and work flow to accomplish assigned objectives and product timelines.

    The Opportunity
  • Weighing and Dispensing: Perform weighing and dispensing of raw materials for process and internal orders, manage inventory and warehouse operations following SOPs and Batch records.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate dispensing activities across shifts to meet downstream production schedules and prepare production documents, including Production Printing and BOM calculations.
  • Compliance and Safety: Perform production duties following work instructions, SOPs, OSHA safety regulations, and cGMPs; handle hazardous materials as required.
  • Documentation and Data Management: Oversee lab supply inventory, generate purchase requisitions, input production and work-output data into SAP/LIMS, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Training and Resource Management: Attend training, manage schedules and priorities based on business requirements, and serve as a resource to other departments for timely response and follow-ups.
  • Problem-Solving and Recommendations: Troubleshoot and resolve problems creatively, make recommendations, and act independently to resolve issues, ensuring consistency with project timelines.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform repeat lifting of items up to 25lbs and maintain departmental stock rooms, labs, and buffer preparation as needed.
  • Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 3 years of relevant industry experience or general laboratory experience.
  • Ability to execute relevant laboratory experiments
  • Preferred
  • Strong writing skills. Experience with technical data and data analysis, root cause analysis experience preferred.

    The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Branchburg, NJ is $29.13/hr - $54.08/hr . Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
