Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for GRAPHIC INSTALLER in Huntsville, AL. In this position, you will be responsible for applying decals, vinyl wraps, and other graphic elements to emergency vehicles, such as ambulances, fire trucks, and police vehicles. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the tools and techniques used in vinyl graphic installation to ensure the graphics are applied correctly and meet the design specifications.

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for GRAPHIC INSTALLER in Huntsville, AL. In this position, you will be responsible for applying decals, vinyl wraps, and other graphic elements to emergency vehicles, such as ambulances, fire trucks, and police vehicles. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the tools and techniques used in vinyl graphic installation to ensure the graphics are applied correctly and meet the design specifications.
Responsibilities of a GRAPHIC INSTALLER includes, but are not limited to, the following:
- Prepare and clean vehicle surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of graphics.
- Apply vinyl decals, wraps, and lettering to various parts of emergency vehicles, including doors, windows, and body panels, ensuring accurate alignment.
- Utilize heat guns, squeegees, and other tools to properly adhere vinyl and eliminate air bubbles and creases.
- Perform quality inspections to verify that graphics are installed according to design specifications and company standards.
- Safely remove and replace existing decals or wraps as necessary without damaging vehicle surfaces.
- Work with design and production teams to ensure accurate color matching and placement of logos, numbers, and other essential elements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot any issues with graphic installations and perform touch-ups or corrections as needed.
- Collaborate with clients or team leads to understand specific vehicle graphic requirements or custom requests.
- High school diploma or equivalent (experience in vinyl installation or graphic design preferred).
- Prior experience with graphic installation, vinyl wrapping, or sign-making (preferably in the automotive or emergency vehicle sector).
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity to handle intricate work.
- Ability to use heat guns, squeegees, knives, and other installation tools effectively.
- Understanding of color matching, alignment, and vehicle contours for accurate application.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with clients, designers, and team members.
- Ability to work in varying conditions, including standing for extended periods and working on ladders or scaffolding.
