Floating policy: No floating outside of the ED but must be open to floating to all sections in the ED. Patient Experience requirements: AIDET, Respectful behavior, Pt Experience to each patient, Boards updated with info and pt updated throughout visit Hospital Specifics- Certifications: ACLS before starting dateon hire BLS before starting dateon hire PALS before starting date on hire TNCC before starting date on hire CPI before starting dateon hire NIHSS before starting dateon hire ENPC within 90 days of hire Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: 2 years experience in Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high volume 100,000 visit ED.
