Job Description:

As an Infrastructure Engineering Consultant, you will:

• Consult on complex, large-scale initiatives with significant impact.
• Review and analyze multifaceted, long-term Infrastructure Engineering challenges.
• Contribute to resolving complex situations requiring a deep understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military, or education.
• Deep technical background to design, build, enhance, and integrate technology infrastructure.
• Experience as a lead sales engineer providing technical expertise and business relationship engagement.

Technical Expertise:

• 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  
  • Technology infrastructure enablement (compute, storage, cloud, database)
  • Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models
  • Public-facing digital technologies
  • Innovative technologies (Quantum computing)
  • Public and private cloud experience, with a focus on application modernization and cloud-native capabilities (Kubernetes)
  • Cybersecurity in retail and customer-facing technologies
  • Operational monitoring and automation technologies
  • Financial services operational experience in wholesale, retail, commercial, and shared services business lines
• Working knowledge of database technology, large data warehouses, data lakes, or data management.
• Experience in learning delivery, including knowledge transfer, skills development, and behavior change.

Business Relationship Management:

• 5+ years of experience in:
  • Developing and delivering management information for insights and decision-making.
  • Demand management, analyzing, and managing business demand for new or modified services.
  • Identifying prospective customers, influencing purchase decisions, and enhancing future business opportunities.
  • Developing targets for service levels and managing service delivery against targets.
  • Portfolio management, defining, and delivering a portfolio of programs, projects, and services.

Additional Skills:

• Agile methodology experience.
• Ability to identify key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively.
• Experience in a large enterprise environment.
• BS/BA degree or higher in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
• High level of professionalism and integrity in interactions with team members and management.
• Ability to oversee initiatives, including detailed planning, process management, and documentation.
