We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Data Informaticist to bridge the gap between our business operations and the Enterprise Data Analytics (EDA) team. This role will be instrumental in reviewing and refining our current reporting processes, beginning at the CEO level, to ensure that reports are streamlined, accurate, and effectively meet business needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, Enterprise Data Analytics (EDA), and Epic software. The ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data reports and collaborate effectively with both senior executives and technical teams is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Review existing reports at the executive level and identify opportunities for streamlining.
Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to understand their reporting needs.
Work closely with the EDA team to translate business requirements into data-driven reports.
Ensure reports are optimized for accuracy, relevance, and efficiency.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving data processes and reporting structures.
Act as a liaison between business operations and the EDA team to enhance communication and ensure alignment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in healthcare operations, with a deep understanding of healthcare reporting needs.
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Data Analytics (EDA) and data reporting tools.
Proficiency in Epic software, with a focus on reporting and data analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both executives and technical teams.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Contract Details:
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs
