  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Piper Companies is looking for a Video Telecommunications (VTC) Specialist to join a DoD consulting company. This position is onsite in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Essential Duties of the VTC Specialist:
  • Troubleshoot technology in conference rooms
  • Ensure technology is operational before and during calls/meetings
  • Monitor network engineering performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Perform system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.


Qualifications of the VTC Specialist:
  • 10+ years of professional experience if B.S. degree is held. 14+ years if no degree.
  • Active Secret clearance or higher.
  • Experience troubleshooting conference room equipment including AV (audio visual) equipment.
  • Experience with Unified Communications equipment.


Compensation for the VTC Specialist:
  • $85,000 - $115,000
  • Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, paid holidays
