Datawarehouse Strategy Lead / Program Manager

• Experience ideally in a Client or large commercial health plan - Healthcare, Client, Health Care Company etc. in this type of a role.
• Not an architect - but someone who can work with the DWH team to map capabilities to cloud platforms and define strategy to migrate.
• Experience in the data lake, cloud technologies which are best in breed for healthcare data is critical.

• We are seeking a highly skilled Management Consultant with expertise in health plan data warehouse strategy and cloud modernization to join our consulting team.
• The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing data warehouse solutions and leading cloud transformation initiatives within the healthcare sector.
• This role involves advising clients on data strategy, overseeing cloud migration projects, and driving improvements in data infrastructure.

• Client Advisory: Serve as a strategic advisor to health plans, providing expert guidance on data warehouse strategy, cloud modernization, and related technology solutions. Understand client needs and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance data management and analytics capabilities.
• Data Warehouse Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive data warehouse strategies that align with clients' business objectives. Design scalable, efficient, and secure data warehouse architectures to support data integration, storage, and retrieval.
• Cloud Modernization: Lead cloud migration initiatives, including the evaluation, planning, and execution of moving data warehouse operations to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to client operations.
• Technical Solution Design: Design and architect cloud-based solutions and data warehouse infrastructures that leverage best practices in data management and analytics. Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
• Project Management: Oversee all phases of data warehouse and cloud modernization projects, from initial assessment through implementation and post-deployment support. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Industry Trends: Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices related to data warehousing and cloud computing. Apply this knowledge to provide innovative and competitive solutions to clients.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on data warehouse strategy and cloud modernization.
• Proven track record of leading successful data warehouse implementations and cloud migration projects within the healthcare industry.

• Expertise in data warehouse technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Teradata) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Proficiency in data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to assess complex technical requirements and develop strategic solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and create compelling presentations.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver results on time and within budget.
• Client Focus: Strong client-facing skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional service.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) preferred.
