Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement robust data transformation pipelines using Palantir Foundry.
Develop and maintain a scalable Palantir Foundry architecture that supports a wide variety of data sources and business use cases.
Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define requirements for data transformations and models.
Lead best practices for Palantir Foundry development, including modularity, testing, version control, and continuous integration (CI/CD).
Optimize Palantir Foundry models for performance and scalability in a cloud-based data warehouse environment (e.g., AWS S3, Redshift).
Ensure data quality and governance through well-defined data transformation processes, testing frameworks, and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines, transformations, and reporting layers.
Mentor and train team members on Palantir Foundry best practices, encouraging a data-driven culture across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related role.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including designing, developing, and managing Palantir Foundry models.
Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases.
Experience with cloud data platforms like AWS, Redshift, or snowflake
Strong understanding of data modeling principles (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema, normalization, and denormalization).
Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with modern ETL/ELT pipelines.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
