Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Red Hat Identity Management (IdM), including architecture, deployment, and administration.
• Proven track record of delivering IdM solutions for Red Hat clients.
• Strong proficiency in Ansible for automating identity management processes.
• In-depth knowledge of identity and access management, authentication protocols, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Linux system administration, particularly in Red Hat environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex identity management issues.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience working with Identity Management solutions, with a focus on Red Hat environments.
• 3+ years of experience using Ansible to automate identity management and related tasks.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced RH Identity Management (IdM) Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Identity Management, particularly in Red Hat environments, and will have successfully delivered projects for Red Hat clients. This role requires hands-on expertise in Ansible for automating and managing Identity Management solutions. The position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to contribute from any location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of Red Hat Identity Management (IdM) solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their identity management needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Utilize Ansible to automate tasks, streamline workflows, and manage IdM environments efficiently.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for secure identity management, authentication, and access control.
• Ensure seamless integration of IdM solutions with other Red Hat technologies and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to identity management in Red Hat environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions for enterprise clients.
• Deliver documentation and training to client teams to ensure successful handoff and ongoing management of IdM systems.
