We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our team and lead the design, development, and implementation of SQL Server-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SQL Server architecture, database design, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Database Design: Design and architect robust and scalable SQL Server databases, considering performance, security, and maintainability.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in SQL Server databases, using techniques such as indexing, query optimization, and hardware tuning.
Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence: Design and implement data warehousing solutions, including ETL processes and data marts, to support business intelligence reporting.
Cloud Migration: Lead the migration of SQL Server databases to cloud platforms (specifically Azure) and optimize for cloud-native environments.
Security: Implement robust security measures to protect SQL Server databases from threats, including data encryption, access controls, and vulnerability management.
Technology Evaluation: Evaluate new SQL Server technologies and tools to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8+ years of experience as a SQL Server Technical Architect or Database Administrator.
Proven expertise in SQL Server architecture, database design, and performance optimization.
Strong understanding of SQL Server features and capabilities, including T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence concepts and tools (e.g., SSIS, SSAS, Power BI).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake) and their SQL Server offerings.
Experience in Supply Chain Management.
Experience in Telecom domain.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
