Job Title: Cell Therapy Aseptic Operator
Job Description
Assist in clean room qualification by helping to burden clean rooms for testing. Run supplies and materials as needed for clean room operation and processing. Perform aseptic gowning to enter clean room and assist with qualification. Work within manufacturing to process cells and samples. Process cultures, cryopreserve, and manipulate cell products using aseptic technique. Follow previous GMP practices and SOPs in a Cellular Facility.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Allendale, New Jersey.
Work Environment
This role is based in clinical manufacturing labs. The candidate will report to the Operations Managers and work as part of a large team of operators. Extensive training will be provided by managers and the team to ensure proficiency in aseptic gowning for the clean room. Initial training for the first three weeks will be Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm. Candidates must be open to working flexible shifts, including weekends. The initial shift will be first shift until January, with production increasing in 2024.

- Previous experience working within a biology lab (academic or industry)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous lab gowning experience
- Knowledge of GMP practices
- Proficiency in aseptic technique

- Willingness to undergo extensive training
