JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced tester to join our team, focusing on developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality and performance. The candidate will collaborate closely with development teams for full test coverage, perform various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory, and be proficient in identifying and documenting software defects. The role requires staying current with the latest testing tools and practices, analyzing results, and continually improving the testing process to enhance product quality.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scripts to verify software functionality and performance.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing to detect defects and ensure quality.
Work closely with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Perform exploratory testing to identify potential issues and refine test efficiencies.
Document and track software defects using bug-tracking tools, and analyze test results to report on software quality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
3+ Years Web App testing
Manual and automation is ideal
Playwright is required, Jenkins is a plus.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA methodologies.
Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
