  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Automation Tester


Location: Jersey City NJ


Duration: 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)


Must Haves:



  • Hands-on Java Development background



  • Expert Java or Python coder



  • Computer Science or Engineering degree



  • Open to years of experience for genuine candidates who can code and test



  • Jira: The team uses Oracle and MySQL database



  • SQL experience



  • Jenkins for automation testing


Day to Day:



  • Write, test, and maintain high-quality Java code for technical applications related to trading and equities.



  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.



  • Utilize automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) to automate testing processes



  • Collaborate with the QA team, Developers, and Traders to validate new features and enhancements.



  • Problem solves issues in trading stack using Kafka, Java, and SQL to diagnose and communicate with teams needed to fix as arise



  • Build out test suites and test cases through suites developed independently
