Roles and Responsibilities: Successful candidates should expect a diverse range of complex and strategic engagements across the Insurance value chain.

As a BA/Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing clients' business needs to identify key issues and propose solutions and recommendations
• Monitoring progress, managing risks and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress of the project and expected outcomes
• Bringing together diverse stakeholders to work effectively in partnership
• Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and networks
• Staying abreast of Insurance trends relevant to the client's business

We want to hear from people with:

• 4+ years of proven experience in the delivery of consulting or change projects, gained within a insurance/financial institution or consulting firm
• Preferred experience within Big 5 consulting with a focus on insurance sector, insurance carriers, brokers
• Ability to engage with IT, Ops and Biz stakeholders and be able to infer the problem statement into requirement specs
• Must be able to articulate presentations, project charters & progress reports and work with a cross functional team including IT to articulate project proposals or to deliver point solutions
• Experience of projects engaged on Target Operating Model, business processes and/or IT solutions in some of the following areas: Sales & Marketing, Distribution, Underwriting and PAS, Claims, Operations, IT, Data, and other insurance transformations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, confident at structuring and articulating complex messages
• Ability to show initiative when dealing with clients, form strong relationships with new clients and maintain existing relationships
• The ability and desire to proffer good mentorship and coaching skills towards other team members
• Familiarity with some of the key topics and themes in the insurance sector
