RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a Client Services Manager.

Key Tasks:
* Client Services Manager will build and manage strong relationships with executives and decision-makers at our Enterprise-sized clients
* Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding each client's unique business and technical needs and challenges
* As a Client Services Manager, you will collaboratively deliver customized AI solutions that address their strategic objectives and drive quantifiable results
* Proactively identify, recommend, and negotiate expansion opportunities for existing clients, fostering revenue growth and service utilization

REQUIREMENTS:
* A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business Administration, Communication, or another relevant field
* 2+ years of experience in managing client relationships and delivering complex technology solutions within the Enterprise IT or Data Science sectors
* Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with executives and key decision-makers
* Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing Enterprise businesses in the digital age
* Ability to understand complex systems and business processes, and to articulate this information to technical and business stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
