  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Design: Design scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and align with best practices. Ensure the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems as needed.
  • Implementation: Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM. Oversee the configuration, customization, and deployment of the platform.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather and refine requirements. Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and constraints.
  • Solution Development: Develop and document technical designs, data models, workflows, and integration strategies. Ensure solutions are developed with high quality and are compliant with company standards.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow implementations. Identify and address potential issues before they impact end-users.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure that ServiceNow solutions adhere to governance, compliance, and security policies. Implement and enforce best practices for data integrity and platform usage.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to ServiceNow administrators, developers, and end-users. Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base resources.
  • Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases and industry trends. Recommend new features and enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are preferred.
  • Experience:Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with ServiceNow, including at least 3 years in an architectural or lead role. Proven track record in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM modules.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and configuration.
  • Experience with integration tools and technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).
  • Knowledge of relational databases, web services, and application integration patterns.
