  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our client's team, helping them sell and deliver innovative Customer Experience solutions that drive business results for their clients. As a diverse organization, we're looking for a bright, passionate, and committed professional who strives for excellence. This permanent opportunity is a newly created position. Responsibilities:
  • Represent Customer Experience services and solutions to clients and partners through meetings, conferences, and seminars
  • Collaborate with customers to identify business and technical requirements
  • Architect and scope solutions that meet business and technical needs
  • Present solutions and conduct demonstrations
  • Create proposals and respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Collaborate with sales, partners, and internal teams to deliver Customer Experience solutions to clients
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in professional services and software sales, with ability to work independently
  • 5+ years of speech-based IVR development experience
  • Strong knowledge of IVR and speech standards (VoiceXML, SRGS, SISR, MRCP)
  • Familiarity with contact center infrastructure
  • Experience with large contact center implementations
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions
  • Knowledge of Customer Experience software solutions and technologies
  • Certification in Customer Experience or related field (CCXP, CEM)
  • Experience with Agile project methodologies
