  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

Sales Operations is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Data Analyst to be a cornerstone of our data-driven strategy. This critical role involves managing the daily flow of Sales Operations data, transforming raw information into valuable insights. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data infrastructure while collaborating with IT to optimize data processes.

The ideal candidate is a technically proficient problem-solver with a strong programming foundation. You will leverage your expertise in tools like Python and SQL to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets. Your ability to communicate complex findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.

Responsibilities:

Data Engineering: Build and maintain efficient data pipelines, databases, and data models to support business needs.

Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex data stories to various stakeholders.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data processes, enhance data quality, and increase efficiency.

System Administration: Manage OneStream application, including data loading, rule maintenance, and report generation.

Collaboration: Partner with IT teams to execute data-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.

Proven expertise in data warehousing, data modeling, and business intelligence.

Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Azure, Snowflake, Alteryx).

Experience with OneStream is a significant advantage.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
