  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Project Scope:

  1. Project Planning & Coordination
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, milestones, and risks.
  • Ensure alignment with business needs and technology strategy.
  1. Team Management
  • Coordinate between Onshore & Offshore developers, architects, testers, and DevOps teams.
  • Assign tasks, track progress, and manage workloads for team members.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
  1. Stakeholder Communication
  • Communicate regularly with business stakeholders, sponsors, and upper management.
  • Manage expectations, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure APIs meet their needs and resolve any concerns.
  1. Azure API Strategy & Architecture
  • Develop API strategies aligned with Azure's best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
  • Work closely with architects to design robust API ecosystems using Azure services such as Azure API Management, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Ensure the proper use of authentication protocols like OAuth, JWT, and Azure Active Directory.
  1. Risk Management
  • Identify potential risks (technical, operational, business) and create mitigation strategies.
  • Track and manage dependencies across teams, ensuring timely delivery of critical components.
  1. Budget Management
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with allocated budgets.
  • Handle procurement of tools and resources for the project.
  1. Quality Assurance
  • Ensure that APIs adhere to coding standards, performance, and security guidelines.
  • Coordinate testing strategies, including automated testing, load testing, and penetration testing.
  • Manage the handover of APIs to operational teams for maintenance and support.
  1. DevOps Integration
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines for API deployment using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Ensure seamless integration of APIs into existing infrastructures.
  • Monitor API performance and make necessary adjustments to meet SLAs.

Client is looking for a person who has very good Communication skills and clear in articulating the contributions. It would also be nice if the person has got some charisma as there would be a sales angle to it as well.

Other great to have skills include :

  1. Onshore - Offshore coordination
  2. Shift Rostering / Shift management experience
  3. Support & Maintenance Team management
  4. Data & Report creations in terms of creating good presentations / excels /documentations etc.
  5. This would gradually become more like an Engagement Manager than a Project Manager
  6. Previous domain knowledge about Retail / Commerce industry would be nice
