  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description/ Responsibilities-

Resource needs to know the Incident work flow

Need to know or should have worked one Catalog items

ServiceNow using ATF- Automated testing frame selenium and JAVA

ServiceNow for Compliance Management

MUST HAVE-

Experience building automated tests using ServiceNow's built-in Automated Test Framework (ATF)

Experience building automated tests for ServiceNow leveraging open source testing tools (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, etc.)

Top 3 Skills Required For This Role
  • Experience building automated tests using ServiceNow's built-in Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Experience building automated tests for ServiceNow leveraging open source testing tools (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, etc.).
  • Selenium Java , understanding incident workflow , tools like Playwright.

Additional Information

Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, SOAP/XML, SQL required.

Proven experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Behavior Driven Development Strategies.

Good knowledge on Agile methodologies.
