Perform Key functions of Customer Experience Liaison position by greeting guests, directing calls, sorting mail and incoming fax documents. Maintain itinerary for key staff personnel. Provide clerical support to customer service.

Essential Accountabilities

  • Answer and maintain company shared phone lines, and record all holiday greetings.
  • Assist Placon personnel and visitors with telephone service and support as required.
  • Send, receive and disperse fax documents directed to general fax line.
  • Sort, and disperse mail daily.
  • Maintain Placon phone directories.
  • Learn and comply with established quality and safety systems policies, work instructions and procedures.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by manager

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma and 1-2 years of office related work experience. (Receptionist experience preferred)
