Join ITSCO for a unique combined role offering both in-office and in-school counseling services! We're hiring two dedicated professionals for this special position.

We're on the hunt for motivated, dynamic, and qualified counselors eager to provide top-tier counseling services to the youth of Colorado and beyond!

Responsibilities:

• Split your time between providing care in-school or our offices.
• Travel to and collaborate with assigned schools, fostering strong relationships with their staff and administration.
• Establish and maintain a full-time caseload (please note: building a caseload could take 1-2 months, depending on your availability, experience, and modalities).
• Provide high-quality, individual therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Participate in maintaining a supportive culture within our organization.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mental health counseling.
• Master's level education and licensure in mental health
• Effective treatment modalities oriented towards children, adolescents, and teens.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
