We're on the hunt for motivated, dynamic, and qualified counselors eager to provide top-tier counseling services to the youth of Colorado and beyond!
Responsibilities:
- Split your time between providing care in-school or our offices.
- Travel to and collaborate with assigned schools, fostering strong relationships with their staff and administration.
- Establish and maintain a full-time caseload (please note: building a caseload could take 1-2 months, depending on your availability, experience, and modalities).
- Provide high-quality, individual therapy sessions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Participate in maintaining a supportive culture within our organization.
- Previous experience in mental health counseling.
- Master's level education and licensure in mental health
- Effective treatment modalities oriented towards children, adolescents, and teens.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enjoy a daytime primary caseload between 8am and 3pm.
- Flexibility to add clients of any age in-person or virtual in addition to at least 3 days in schools.
- Potential for pay incentives and bonuses.
- Mileage reimbursement up to $2,000 per year.
- Thrive in a young, energetic team environment motivated to build a rewarding culture in our field.
- +$20 per hour for weekend sessions (non-medicaid clients)
- Therapists setting a base self-pay rate above $100 retain 90% of fees exceeding this amount.
- All potential hires must pass a background check prior to employment.
