Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Siemens Opcenter Solution Architect to lead the design,
implementation, and optimization of Siemens Opcenter Manufacturing Operations
Management (MOM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
manufacturing processes, digital transformation, and extensive experience with Siemens
Opcenter solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between
business needs and technical execution, driving operational excellence across manufacturing
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of Siemens Opcenter MOM solutions,
ensuring they align with client-specific manufacturing processes and business
objectives.
Develop comprehensive and scalable solutions that enhance manufacturing
operations, including production, quality management, and supply chain processes.
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into
detailed technical specifications and architectural plans.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on leveraging Siemens
Opcenter to achieve operational efficiency and digital transformation goals.

Provide technical leadership to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-
quality Siemens Opcenter solutions within the project scope, time, and budget.

Mentor and guide junior architects and technical consultants, promoting a culture of
innovation and continuous learning.
Customize Siemens Opcenter modules to meet specific client needs, including
production planning, manufacturing execution, quality control, and performance
analysis.
Oversee the integration of Siemens Opcenter with other enterprise systems such as
ERP, PLM, and MES, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Lead multiple Siemens Opcenter implementation projects, ensuring that all project
phases from planning to deployment are executed effectively.
Conduct regular project reviews, manage risks, and ensure projects meet client
expectations and deliver tangible business value.
Stay updated on the latest Siemens Opcenter developments and manufacturing
industry trends, continuously enhancing solution offerings.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within client operations and drive
initiatives to optimize manufacturing performance and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing operations or digital
manufacturing solutions, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing
Siemens Opcenter solutions.
Deep knowledge of Siemens Opcenter modules, including Manufacturing Execution
Systems (MES), Quality Management, Advanced Planning & Scheduling, and
Performance Analytics.
Proficiency in integrating Siemens Opcenter with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and
other manufacturing-related IT systems.

Proven experience in managing large-scale Siemens Opcenter implementation projects,
with a demonstrated ability to deliver successful outcomes.
Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into
actionable business solutions for stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with a strong ability to
work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Siemens Opcenter certification or equivalent is highly desirable; additional
certifications in related areas (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) are a plus.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Information Technology, or a related
field. Master s degree is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, or consumer
goods manufacturing.
Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and Industry 4.0 concepts.
Experience with global or multi-site Siemens Opcenter deployments.
