Azure Cloud Engineer

GoAhead Solutions has a great opportunity for an Azure Cloud Engineer in Auburn Hills, MI. This would be a Twelve month contract to start out with extension. This position requires to be onsite two days a week(hybrid).

Roles and responsibilities include:

-Automating deployment in Azure platform using Terraform.
-Automation of infra provisioning and configuration using IaC tools. “Infrastructure as Code”. IaC tools used: Chef, HashiCorp terraform, Microsoft Azure Resource Manager, Puppet, Red hat Ansible, SaltStack.

-Automating and streamlining development and deployment processes in Azure Managing CI/CD pipelines for Azure applications Implement security tools

-Automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tools Collaborating with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions

-Modifying and improving existing systems Educating teams on the implementation of new Azure platform and initiatives

-Designing, developing and deploying modular cloud-based system based on recommended best practices.

Preferred Education:

4 year college degree or equivalent technical study; may accept equivalent education and experience combined.
