Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced FrontEnd Engineer responsible for building highly scalable, maintainable front-end solutions and help craft the user experience of our customers. Ideal candidate should be able to perform multi-disciplinary role, collaborating with product, design, marketing teams and third party services. Designing wire frames, driving the UX design and implementing the features are the expectations of the candidate that will fulfill this role.
- The ideal candidate will help the engineering team design and implement new wireframes and screens for new features we are aiming to implement. Working closely with the backend engineers, the candidate should be able to understand, suggest and implement calls to the API services we have already implemented and request new APIs if required in order to provide the best experience for the users. Familiarity with AWS Development tools and fully automated Deployment Pipelines are key to the success of this project. The new features planned right now include adding support for the current system to update our current screens to support localization from LLCC to ENUS, ability to provide new screens to support auto-pilot/auto-refresh and add Communication features, the capability to add comments and notify stakeholders and approvers of any message sent to each localization project request.
Basic Qualifications
- BA or MS degree in computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience with Object Oriented Design and programming
- 5+ years of experience with implementing and maintaining scalable and efficient React applications
- 5+ years of experience working with foundational front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- 3+ years of experience with REST APIs and Restful Architecture, Design & implementation
- Strong knowledge on data structures and algorithms
- Experience with building front-end (website) solutions aiming high-performance and low-latency
- Experience working with Agile delivery methodology with Scrum sprint cycles
- Experience with AWS Cloud Services and Infrastructure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, with a collaborative mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with unit /integration testing frameworks (Jest/Cypress/Playwright)
- Experience with design tools such as Figma
